A visit to Whiteville Pond is always a good idea. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. The peak of King Philips Rock can be seen from Whiteville Pond, and needless to say, this is a glorious area for people who like lakes, Harrigan Pond is a lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. All the water falling down from the sky makes Whiteville Pond a wet place; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and July is

Lots of people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River come to Whiteville Pond; needless to say, all our national parks are fine places to have a look at and Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Canoe River Campground, and if you need a place to stay Courtyard By Marriott Foxborough is a brilliant choice. you can go to Willowdale Golf Course, and a great close by hotel is Residence Inn By Marriott Boston Foxboro. Nearby lakes? Sure, Beaumont Pond is close to Whiteville Pond, and hey, Gotta ski right? Blue Hills is a pleasant place
to do that. During the summertime months here at Whiteville Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's
while Whiteville Pond nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Charles River. There's so much to do here at Whiteville Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Canoe River Campground is a glorious spot for that.

Good place for bass....Pond is mostly made up of kivers and mabey a few striped bass nothing orn thsn 2.5 pounds. Takes about an hour, fish are extremly smart and picky. You are better off with brickyard which has fish up to 40 pounds and trout...Pond has very nice sized bass in it, they are biting all year, the only thing that stinks is the trolling motor only rule after memorial day weekend... |
