Wheeler Pond sees pretty high       levels of rainfall; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month. Man, is there a heap of fun stuff to do in the neighborhood of Wheeler Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Boxborough (I-495 Exit 28), Ma, and a lovely lake like Fletchers Pond is a tremendous spot to visit. High temperatures at Wheeler Pond during the summertime months are in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily                  in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Wheeler Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. A day at scenic Harvard Town Beach near Wheeler Pond is a fine thing to do, and swamps are out of the ordinary spots and Hiley Meadows in close proximity to Wheeler Pond is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Northport Campground is always a good experience, and a good location for whitewater paddling is Concord River. A delightful site to camp here at Wheeler Pond is Minuteman KOA, and a journey to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful.
