Wilderness Experience Unlimtd is a good campground nearby; Westfield River Reservoir is not far at all from Springfield. There's delightful hiking along the Link Trail, and glorious skiing awaits you at Blandford. Don't leave Westfield River Reservoir without first checking out Turtle Bend; do stop by Crescent Mills Dam since you're here. This is no spot for people       who don’t like to enjoy themselves. This lake is so wonderful. The Spring Trail offers hiking at its best, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WESTFIELD is a glorious place to get some rest. The warmest time of the year at Westfield River Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Westfield River Reservoir are in the 0's. Don't                  leave Westfield River Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Richard Trail; if you need a location to stay Elm Motel is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Bearden Brook is a stream you can have a look at while you're here; the summit of Deer Hill can be observed from Westfield River Reservoir. That right there is a heap already, but it carries on; Westfield River Reservoir has it all. Berkshire East has fine slopes and a friendly staff, and you can run the rapids of Westfield River. Westfield River Reservoir gets a great deal of water; most of the rain falls through August while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
