A great spot to camp here at Westfield River Reservoir is Wilderness Experience Unlimtd, and skiing at Blandford is one of those things you just must do. And that's not all you can do here at Westfield River Reservoir. Elm Motel is a glorious location to get some rest, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WESTFIELD. This lake is so wonderful.       You can never get enough of the great skiing at Berkshire East, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Little River. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area near Westfield River Reservoir has to offer. There is a pleasant hiking trail in close proximity to Westfield River Reservoir called the Link Trail, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop at Woronoco Mills Dam.                  Bradley Brook flows through this area, and there's whitewater on Westfield River for all you adrenaline junkies. Why not camp at Prospect Mountain Campground since you're here at Westfield River Reservoir, and one of the principal features of the surroundings of Westfield River Reservoir is Mount Nero. Go for a hike on the County Road Trail, and Southwick Country Club is a golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Richard Trail is always a good adventure, and lots of people from Springfield come here. Westfield River Reservoir frequently gets a good deal of rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is January. For the duration of the months of summer here at Westfield River Reservoir, high temperatures usually reach the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
