So many amusing things right next door to Wells Pond, absolutely amazing. At Wells Pond you always meet someone from Willimantic, and while you're here you can take
a hike along the Border Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wells Pond has to offer, you can camp at Outdoor world Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Natchaug River. This
lake is so wonderful. Cohasse Brook is a scenic stream that is worth visiting, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites Colonial is a fine spot to spend a night or two.
On a nice day at Wells Pond you can take a hike
along the Walkabout Trail. You could also stop by Pistol Pond while you're here at Wells Pond; it's close by, and Cohasse Country Club Dam is a location that is right next door to Wells Pond. Get covered with water paddling on Quaboag River, and Dennison Hill is a peak you can observe from Wells Pond.
