Many people like to go to Wards Pond. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend close by George Wright Golf Club; you can stay the night at Camp Cedar. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Wards Pond. Wards Pond is a rather wet place regularly with a good deal of rainfall; through the month of November you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is July.

| | in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. During the winter highs are generally in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Wards Pond tend to be in the 10's. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Charles River, and Salt Marsh is an interesting swamp near Wards Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Wards Pond is not the only site close by, Crystal Lake is a close by lake, and time spent at Malibu Beach is always glorious.

If you get bored of Wards Pond, you could also stop by nearby Willow Pond; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Bradford is relatively near. Any time is a great time at Wards Pond if you adore the outdoors. Boston Harbor Islands National
Recreation Area is a brilliant local destination here at Wards Pond, and you can spend the day on the beach at Magazine Beach. A day on the slopes of Blue Hills is just what you need, and Courtyard By Marriott Boston Brookline is
a great location to get some rest.
People from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy love to come to Wards Pond. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wards Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp Micah. Aspinwall Hill is a peak you can see from Wards Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Samuel Sewall Inn.
