There's whitewater on Stony Brook for all you adrenaline rush seekers; Gardner Super 8 Motel is a great site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. The Harling Trail is a wonderful hiking trail right next door to Upper Naukeag Lake, and some of the water nearby flows, like Bear Meadow Brook. This lake is so wonderful. On a magnificent day at Upper Naukeag Lake you can take a hike along the Parker Trail, and here at Upper Naukeag Lake you can see Little Watatic Mountain. Upper Naukeag Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; August is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is February.
