Go to Twin Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. The yearly rainfall here at Twin Pond is about average; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. There's whitewater on Konkapot Brook for all you adrenaline people, and camping is available at Privacy Campground. After a long day outdoors Ramada Limited Inn & Suites Pittsfield is a great location to spend a night or two; you'll meet a lot of folks

Clover Mountain is something you shouldn't miss while you're here at Twin Pond, and on a beautiful day you get a fine panorama of Doll Mountain from Twin Pond. A B&B in the Berkshires. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Twin Pond. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Twin Pond are
in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Jiminy Peak; why not camp at Woodland Hills Campground while you're here at Twin Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Twin Pond, you
could also pop by nearby Cranberry Pond, and while you're here, you could check out North Branch Mount Lebanon Brook. There is a splendid hiking trail close to Twin Pond called the Turner Trail; Twin Pond is not the only location
close by, Shaker Reservoir is a close by lake. And that's not all you can do here at Twin Pond. Gotta ski! Bousquet is a delightful place to do that, and you can run the rapids of Green River.

Alps Family Campground
 | 11 miles away this is a gREAt campground for people with children. They make you feel great about camping. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. I would recomended this campground 110 percent!!!!...alps is the most awesome place to camp.they offer everything and anything there. we saw what they did at the 4th of july and the kids loved it. I advice any parents that have have kids to take them there........they WON'T be disapointed... |
