     Trout Pond is always a pleasure to visit. You could also visit Lemanquais Pond since you're here at Trout Pond; it's close by, and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Richard Trail. Be careful coming to Trout Pond, you might not ever wanna go back home again. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Farmington River - West Branch, and skiing at Blandford is one of those things you just should do. Trout  
   Pond typically gets a good deal of precipitation; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and January on the other hand is the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Trout Pond you can take a hike along the Link Trail; you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Ski Sundown. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Trout Pond reach the 80's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During
 
               the winter highs are commonly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Trout Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Otis Reservoir is in close proximity to Trout Pond, and Trout Pond is a pleasant site to visit for more than one day, Twin Brook Farm And Camping Areas is a pleasant site to camp nearby.
Dry warm beds await you at Blackberry River Inn, and you can stay the night at Cold Spring Campground. Hiking along the County Road Trail is brilliant fun, and at Trout Pond you can see Burgess Mountain. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Trout Pond.
If you need a spot to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a brilliant choice, and Lost Wilderness Lake Southern Dam is a scenic place. A quick trip to Clam River near Trout Pond is a brilliant idea; you'll almost certainly meet some folks from Pittsfield here.
