time at Travers Pond if you fancy the outdoors. Why not go to Bents Pond Dam if you're here, and you can run the rapids of Millers River. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Colonial Hotel; a magnificent site
for whitewater paddling is Contoocook River. Really delightful skiing awaits you at Wachusett Mountain, and you can stay the night at Peaceful Pines. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Harling Trail is always a
perfect adventure, and Pine Ridge has nice slopes and a friendly staff. Travers Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Go for a hike on the Parker Trail, and you obtain a brilliant panorama of Barber Hill from here.
