And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do in close proximity to Tottens Pond. Beaver Brook is one of       the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at; after a long day outdoors Hyatt Summerfield Suites Boston Waltham is a delightful place to spend a night or two. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Concord River, and you can stay the night at Camp Micah. Through the days of summer at Tottens Pond highs are typically in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The winter comes                  with highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Tottens Pond temperatures sink to the 10's. Charles River is a pleasant whitewater spot close to Tottens Pond, and Woodland Golf Club is a good golf course close by. The high level of rainfall makes Tottens Pond a quite wet site; all through November this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Blue Hills; a great swamp close to Tottens Pond is Bryant Swamp. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Tottens Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp Cedar, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Bradford. If only every site had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great globe it would be.
