The beauty of The Cove attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Great Barrington MA Travelodge is a tremendous place to get some rest; camping at Camp Half Moon is always a wonderful experience. Through the warmest time of the year at The Cove temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at The Cove dipping down

| | into the 0's throughout winter nights. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Konkapot Brook, and Williams River is one of the streams close by that might be worth stopping at. Skiing at Bousquet is one of those things you just should do. Be careful coming to The Cove, you might not ever want to go back home again. at Egremont Country Club. There are some good whitewater spots on Bash Bish Brook; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Great Barrington, Ma is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. The Cove is a relatively
wet place typically with a great deal of precipitation; all through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid place to camp here at The Cove is Woodland
Hills Campground, and the Wild Cat Trail offers hiking at its best. Rising Paper Company Dam is not far at all from The Cove, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Ski Butternut since you're here. Brookside Col
is a glorious location to stop at nearby; needless to say, this is a wonderful vicinity for folks who like lakes, Agawam Lake is a lake in close proximity.
