There's perfect hiking along the County Road Trail; there are other places here than Tekoa Reservoir, for example Barnes Pond. High temperatures at Tekoa Reservoir during the days of summer are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and all through the dark       hours in the wintertime at Tekoa Reservoir temperatures dip to the 0's. A magnificent vista of delightful Ball Mountain is available from Tekoa Reservoir, and there's some flowing water nearby, Cook Brook is a stream you can stop at during your stay. Just can't get enough of Tekoa Reservoir. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WESTFIELD is a fine site to spend a night or two; why not head up to Berkshire East and strap some skis to                  your feet. Not far from Tekoa Reservoir, you'll come across Moose Meadow Brook Reservoir which is a wonderful lake; since you're here you can play some golf at Southwick Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Richard Trail; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Little River. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Link Trail, and at Tekoa Reservoir you always meet someone from Springfield. Tekoa Reservoir is a pleasant spot to visit for more than one day, Sodom Mountain Campground is a pleasant spot to camp nearby, and Elm Motel is a glorious spot to get some rest. But wait, there's more to do near Tekoa Reservoir. There's whitewater on Westfield River for all you thrill seekers; Wilderness Experience Unlimtd is a nice local campground.
