The peak of Pilot Hill can be made out from Lake Tashmoo, and beaches are pleasant and Owen Park Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lake Tashmoo without first paying a visit to Tashmoo Spring, and since you're here, you might as well pop by Middle Ground. The high level of rain makes Lake Tashmoo a pretty wet place; the month with most of the snow is December, and February on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the summer months

Don't forget to take a perfect little trip to Mud Creek, and 1720 House is a tremendous spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit Brown Point also if you're here, and do check
out Mink Meadows Pond, it's a striking lake. Why not camp at Marthas Vineyard Campground since you're here at Lake Tashmoo.

And if you don't go back to your campsite when they make their second rounds the rangers chase you on golf carts. Which is pretty fun because you have to out run them.
