There's so much to do here at Lake Tashmoo that you need to camp here for a while, Marthas Vineyard Campground is a great place for that; if you need a place to stay M V Surfside Motel is a glorious choice. Through the summertime months highs here at Lake Tashmoo get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the       30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Tashmoo. Take a little journey to Mud Creek since you're here at Lake Tashmoo, and a day at Owen Park Beach is time well spent. Stay the night at Martha's Vineyard Family Campground; a brilliant forest close by is West Chop Woods. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Lake Tashmoo is not the only spot nearby, Rhoda Pond is a nearby lake; beaches are good and Lake Tashmoo Town                  Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Pilot Hill can be seen from Lake Tashmoo; why not explore Brown Point also if you're here. Middle Ground is a tremendous spot to check out nearby. Mink Meadows Golf Club is a golf course near Lake Tashmoo; dry warm beds await you at Thorncroft Inn. Looking for something close to Lake Tashmoo?
