Streeter Pond is a lake worth visiting. High temperatures at Streeter Pond throughout the summer are in the 70's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and night lows at Streeter Pond during the winter typically fall into the 0's. Horse Race is next to Streeter Pond if you're in a beach type of mood, and Streeter Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Barton Cove Campground

| | is a delightful local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Streeter Pond is not the only spot close by, Otter Pond is a close by lake, and the peak of Barnard Hill can be observed from Streeter Pond.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Streeter Pond. For you golfers we recommend nearby Northfield Golf Club. There's so much to do here at Streeter Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Purple Meadow Campground is a pleasant | |

place for that. Bailey Brook is near Streeter Pond and is always a diversion to have a look at; a lake nearby is Deane Pond. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Ashuelot River.
Gotta
ski! Living Memorial Park is a delightful place to do that; if you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Brattleboro is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. An out of the ordinary thing to stop at close to Streeter Pond is Sawyer
Pond Dam, and a great place is Hells Kitchen. No need to travel far to pop by out of the ordinary stuff like Bennett Meadow, and going for a hike on the Sunset Trail is always a great adventure.

I'm havin' a splendid time here at Streeter Pond. Near Streeter Pond you come across the Sunrise Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail; Latchis Hotel is a pleasant spot to get some rest. There's whitewater on Millers River - Lower
for all you adrenaline people, and during your trip here you'll meet some folks from Springfield for sure. The high level of precipitation makes Streeter Pond a pretty wet place; November is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is February.
