not sufficient, there's a lot more to do right next door to Squannacook River Reservoir. The scenery at Mason Road Dam close to Squannacook River Reservoir is delightful. There are some great whitewater spots on Souhegan River; dry warm beds await you at Leominster/Fitchburg Super 8 Motel.
