Hiking along the Ross Trail is wonderful fun, and swing by Silver Spring Brook it's a tremendous place to take a look at. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Munyan Trail. There's so much to do here at Southwick Pond that you need to camp here for       a while, Wood Lot Campground is a wonderful place for that. Southwick Pond is not the only site close by, Kettle Brook Reservoir Number One is a close by lake, and if you came to camp The Woodlot Campground is a brilliant site to do that. From Southwick Pond you obtain a good sight of Asnebumskit Hill, and Hampton Inn Auburn is a wonderful site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Southwick Pond, you could also check out close                  by Kettle Brook Reservoir Number Two, and tremendous skiing awaits you at Pine Ridge. That right there is a load already, but it continues; Southwick Pond has it all. Here at Southwick Pond there are plenty of folks from Worcester, and do take a hike on the Border Trail. The high level of rainfall makes Southwick Pond a reasonably wet place; all through May this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Southwick Pond without first paying a visit to The Cascade; Southwick Pond Dam is not far at all from Southwick Pond. High temperatures at Southwick Pond through the summer are in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and night lows during the winter for Southwick Pond tend to be in the 0's. And that's not all you can do here at Southwick Pond.
