Get drenched paddling on Little River; you're probably into lakes, Chapin Pond is one of those nearby. Going for a hike on the County Road Trail is always a nice adventure, and what would winter be without some skiing at Blandford. This lake is so wonderful. Chapin Pond Dam is a place that is near Snake Pond; close by you come across the Richard Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. | | paddling is pleasant on Connecticut River. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Snake Pond is great! A perfect close by hotel is Homewood Suites by Hilton HolyokeSpringfield/North. Holiday Inn SPRINGFIELD-HOLYOKE is a wonderful spot to get some rest, and Prospect Hill is striking and can be seen from here. This is a great vicinity for folks who like lakes. Horse Pond is a lake in the neighborhood, and golf can be played at East Mountain Country Club. | |

This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Windy Acres Campground is a brilliant spot to do that, and Snake Pond is right next door to Bush Notch which is beyond doubt worth taking a look at. During the summertime months at Snake
Pond temperatures are commonly in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while Snake Pond nighttime low temperatures through
the winter are in the 0's. And if you're still looking for more outdoors fun things just keep reading. Camping at Sodom Mountain Campground is always a brilliant experience, and the Link Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. All
the water falling down from the sky makes Snake Pond a wet site; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January.
