Denise Cook: I love your website; its nice to see there is still a little left to Bellingham's outdoor recreation fun. Its nice to know there are still some wooded areas exisitng! However, the website doesn't mention cost if any. If not I think people seeing FREE would certainly encourage visitors and if there is a fee we could certainly come ready and prepared for whatever your requirements are. Thanks for all your doins! A visit to Silver Lake is always a good idea. There are other sites here than Silver Lake, for example Forge Pond, and after a long day outdoors Residence Inn By Marriott Boston Franklin is a delightful site to spend a night or two. Silver Lake usually gets lots of rain; through November this area sees the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Don't miss out on a spree to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor while you're here at Silver

Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Clear and Branch; Silver Lake is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, Circle CG Farm Campground is a brilliant place to camp nearby. overriding marks of the surroundings of Silver Lake is Bald Hill; why not a little side trip to Beaver Brook. At Silver Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration
of the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's, and night lows through the winter for Silver Lake tend to be in the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Woonsocket, Ri, and there's whitewater on Charles
River for all you adrenaline kick people. Gotta ski! Blue Hills is a wonderful place to do that. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Silver Lake has to offer, you can camp at Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort.
And that's not all you can do here at Silver Lake. Lakes? Sure, Beaver Pond is nearby; if you want to hit the beach, State Park Beach is in the vicinity.
