Many people like to go to Silver Lake. Camping at Lamb City Campground & Variety is always a great experience, and hiking along the White Arrow Trail is tremendous fun. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Lakeridge Campground, and paddling on Millers River is so much fun. What a place this is for outdoors people. Get soaked paddling on Ashuelot River - South Branch, and Reservoir Dam Number Two is a site that is in the vicinity of Silver Lake.

This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Red Cross Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Gardner Super 8 Motel is a nice place to get some rest. | |

The skiing at Pine Ridge is delightful; a golf course close by is Ellinwood Country Club Banquet Hall. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Silver Lake get into the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently
in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Silver Lake.
Silver Lake is right by the Marlboro Trail, and Little Round Top is clearly visible from Silver Lake.
