The sight of Ball Hill from Sheomet Lake is pretty, and do take a hike on the White Arrow Trail. While you're here at Sheomet Lake you will meet lots of folks from close by Keene, and Best Western Sovereign Hotel is a pleasant site to get some rest. All through the warmest time of the year here at Sheomet Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's,       and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Sheomet Lake fall into the 0's. Having a great time at Sheomet Lake is simple. You can run the rapids of Millers River in close proximity to Sheomet Lake; Sheomet Lake Dam is a place that is in the vicinity of Sheomet Lake. The annual rain here at Sheomet Lake is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
