This lake is so wonderful. A great site to camp here at Scout Pond is Peppermint Park Camping Resort, and since you're here at Scout Pond it's a tremendous idea to visit Fisk Meadow. The Hotel Northampton is a great spot to get some rest; the snow is brilliant at Berkshire East. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water?       Try Baker Brook; you'll come across a charming lake called Hammond Pond. Scout Pond usually gets lots of precipitation; November is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month. For the duration of the days of summer here at Scout Pond, high temperatures generally get into the 70's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's; overnight lows at Scout Pond throughout the wintertime                  regularly plunge into the 0's. You can see Bofat Hill from Scout Pond, and the Link Trail offers hiking at its best. Yeah, come here to Scout Pond for a good time. Good hiking is available along the Spring Trail; there's splendid hiking along the Richard Trail. There are some nice whitewater spots on Swift River, and don't miss out on a brilliant swamp; Dead Swamp is right here at Scout Pond. So many cool things to do here at Scout Pond, too brilliant to be true. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Westfield River - North Branch; camping at Berkshire Park Camping Area is always a wonderful experience.
