Lots of precipitation falls at Round Pond; most of the rain falls all through November, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Otis Trailer Village John's Pond Campgro is always a fine experience; time spent at Long Beach is always magnificent. Be careful coming to Round Pond, you might not ever want to go back home again. This       is a pleasant area for people who like lakes. Shubael Pond is a lake close at hand, and on a beautiful day you can stop by Dowses Beach. Lakes are good; Lumbert Pond is a lake that's next to Round Pond; a round of golf at nearby Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds Golf Course is a delightful way to kill some time. After a long day outdoors La Plaza Del Sol is a nice place to spend a night or two, and a quick journey to Marstons Mill River is positively a good idea.                  Cape Winds Resort (Vri) is a nice location to get some rest, and a trip to Carsley Neck is always a magnificent idea. This lake is so wonderful. Visiting Cape Cod National Seashore is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. People from Barnstable Town love to come to Round Pond; camping is available at Yarmouth Campgrounds. Summertime highs at Round Pond mostly tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's.
