lakes. Mill River Reservoir is a lake around here; if you come at the right time of year, Connecticut River offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Neds Ditch is right nearby.
Autumn Inn is a glorious spot to get some rest, and you can hit the slopes at Blandford in the neighborhood. If you're a golfer then a glorious close by course is Pine Grove Golf Club, and you'll almost certainly meet some folks from
Springfield here. Throughout the months of summer here at Rocky Hill Pond, high temperatures typically reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 20's;
after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Rocky Hill Pond plunge into the 10's. At Rocky Hill Pond Dam near Rocky Hill Pond there are some exciting things to see; if you came for an overnight stay Windy Acres Campground
is a nice location to camp. Rocky Hill Pond gets a lot of water; May is when you get the most rain here, and January on the other hand is the driest. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Rocky
Hill Pond. A trip to Sandy Beach right next door to Rocky Hill Pond is always a great idea; unsurprisingly Bassett Brook flows through this region.
