If you go you'll never be bored....It's a wonderful place for you and your family!! A verfamilyngt oriented place. | 13 miles away Ellis Haven was my summer vacation every year from 1957 to 1967. I'm 58 years old now and my best memories are of Ellis Haven. Looks like it's still a beautiful place to take a vacation....I have been going to Ellis Haven for 50 years. It is definately one of my favorite campgrounds. It is very family oriented and extremely clean. The pond is fabulous for swimming and great for fishing too.... |
Widgeon Pond
 | 15 miles away I was interested in a rental on Widgeon Pond. I stayed there many years ago and loved it....I have a cottage on Widgeon Pond. Nice, quiet and relaxing pond with reasonable fishing. Swimming is nice but sometimes the water is really high, almost to the extent where there is no beach at all. Some people have small parties or gatherings, but there aren't any loud parties. Very calming place to chill out.... |
