     There's great hiking along the Red Cross Trail, and there are other places here than Reservoir Number One, for example Silver Lake. The snow is tremendous at Pine Ridge; Reservoir Dam Number Two is a pretty place. Yeah, come here to Reservoir Number One for a magnificent time. Millers River is a delightful whitewater spot right next door to Reservoir Number One, and Ellinwood Country Club Banquet Hall is a delightful golf course close by. Dry warm beds await  
   you at Colonial Hotel, and if you're popping by from Keene, you won't be the only one.
In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ashuelot River - South Branch, and not far from Reservoir Number One you'll stumble on Reservoir Number Two which is a scenic lake. There's so much to do here at Reservoir Number One that you need to camp here for a while, Lamb City Campground & Variety is a pleasant place
 
               for that, and you can go for a hike on the Marlboro Trail. During the warm months here at Reservoir Number One, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Reservoir Number One tend to be in the 0's.
Reservoir Number One gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; most of the rain falls during August, and February is when it's the driest. This place, Reservoir Number One, it truly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Gardner is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two; Reservoir Number One is great enough to spend more than a day at, Lakeridge Campground is a great local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the White Arrow Trail, and from Reservoir Number One you acquire a perfect sight of Cobb Hill.
