    Many people like to go to Powissett Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Sheraton Needham Hotel is a great place to get some rest, and perhaps you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Charles River Reservoir is just a very short distance away. Here at Powissett Pond you'll probably meet some folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy, also Noannet Pond Dam is worth a visit since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the fine skiing at Blue Hills,  
   and you can run the rapids of Charles River.
The panoramas at Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area will blow your mind. There's so much to do here at Powissett Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Hollow Camping is a great spot for that. Looking for something close to Powissett Pond? Noannet Pond is close by, and hey, Noanet Brook is a nice local stream. Just can't get enough of Powissett Pond. At Powissett Pond you can distinguish
 
               Cat Rock; why not stop at a swamp like Fisher Meadow since you're here at Powissett Pond.
High temperatures at Powissett Pond all through the months of summer are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows at Powissett Pond all through the winter frequently sink into the 10's. While you're here at Powissett Pond you can play some golf at Needham Golf Club. Powissett Pond is a wet spot that gets lots of precipitation; November is the month that gets the most rain while June is commonly the driest month.

I love your website; its nice to see there is still a little left to Bellingham's outdoor recreation fun. Its nice to know there are still some wooded areas exisitng! However, the website doesn't mention cost if any.
