The beauty of Pomps Pond attracts many people from all around. The nice folks of Boston-Cambridge-Quincy like to hang out close by, and Bradford has great slopes and a friendly staff. Mishawum Lake is a perfect lake close to Pomps Pond; a good place to camp here at Pomps Pond is Camp Cedar. Camping at Lorraine Park Campground is always a pleasant experience; if you have time, Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is a national park worth stopping at.

| | So much exciting stuff to do at Pomps Pond, so little time. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Charles River, and dry warm beds await you at Sierra Suites Woburn. This lake is so wonderful. Blueberry Mountain is a peak you can distinguish from Pomps Pond, and it's a tremendous idea to check out Fowle Brook. winter are usually in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Pomps Pond drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A spree to Silver Lake Town Beach near Pomps Pond is always a wonderful
idea, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Select BOSTON-WOBURN is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Concord River; if you're here you can play some golf at Woburn Country Club. This
site rules, just look at all the enjoyable things to do close to Pomps Pond. Blue Hills is a very popular ski area nearby. Lakes are such calm sites, why not stop by Burbank Pond close to Pomps Pond, and if you're interested in
hydro structures, you can go to Mill Pond South Dike. Lots of rain falls at Pomps Pond; the month with most of the rain is November; August on the other hand is the driest.
