Man, is there heaps of amusing things to do close to Pilgrim Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Pilgrim Lake has to offer, you can camp at Idle Time Rv Park & Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps are exciting locations and The Narrows next to Pilgrim Lake is no exception, and if you're looking       for a beach close by we recommend Orleans Beach. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Ships Knees Inn is a great choice, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Buttonbush Trail. There's so much to do here at Pilgrim Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Atlantic Oaks RV Park is a delightful site for that, and there are other locations here than Pilgrim Lake, for example Areys Pond. There are plenty of folks from Barnstable                  Town here at Pilgrim Lake, and Cape Cod National Seashore is a glorious local destination. The high level of rainfall makes Pilgrim Lake a rather wet location; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is July. Indian Fort Hill is delightful and can be distinguished from Pilgrim Lake; hiking along the Red Maple Swamp Trail is wonderful fun. During the months of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Pilgrim Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 30's; night lows at Pilgrim Lake during the wintertime frequently sink into the 20's. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. While you're here at Pilgrim Lake you have to pop by Barley Neck; Pilgrim Lake is right by the Fort Hill Trail.
