Blue Hills is a great place to do that. All through the warm months highs here at Pierces Pond get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Pierces Pond. Be careful coming to Pierces Pond, you might not ever want to return back home again. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Prospect       Lake Park since you're here at Pierces Pond, and if you get bored of Pierces Pond you could also go to close by Little Elder Pond. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Pierces Pond. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites BOSTON-PEABODY is a glorious location to spend a night or two, and Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is a very great site to go to. Very perfect water scenery is available at Devils Dishfull Pond Dam                  close to Pierces Pond; on a fine day it's a great idea to spend the day at Lynn Beach. Near Pierces Pond you find a golf course called Cedar Glen Golf Course; Pierces Pond is not the only site close by, Devils Dishfull Pond is a close by lake. Hit the beach if you want, Long Beach is practically right here; everyone close by loves skiing at Bradford. A great deal of rainfall falls at Pierces Pond; the wettest month of the year is regularly November, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is August. SpringHill Suites Boston Peabody is a good place to get some rest, and Pierces Pond is a spot with many visitors from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy. This lake is so wonderful.
