This is a popular site for people from Pittsfield; after a long day outdoors The Yankee Suites Extended Stay is a splendid place to spend a night or two. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Pecks Pond; Turner Trail is a fine local trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Konkapot Brook. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Pecks Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Bonnie Brae Cabins and Campsites is a great spot for that. River Reservoir is a lake that's near Pecks Pond. Pecks Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Hidden Valley Campgrounds is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Catamount are so inviting
noone can resist, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Pontoosuc Lake Country Club is close at hand. The high level of precipitation makes Pecks Pond a reasonably wet location; June is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
