A visit to Pecks Pond is always a good idea. Get covered with water paddling on Konkapot Brook, and you're sure to come across some wonderful people from Pittsfield here. All the outdoors exciting stuff near Pecks Pond will keep you coming back over and over. | | water at Lower Pecks Pond Dam, and you can hit the slopes at Catamount around here. Having a glorious time at Pecks Pond is easy. Rice School is next to Pecks Pond and is a delightful spot to check out, and a perfect close by hotel is The Yankee Suites Extended Stay. Going for a hike along the Brickhouse Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Bousquet. | |

This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Hidden Valley Campgrounds; playing golf is lots of fun at Pontoosuc Lake Country Club. The high level of rain makes Pecks Pond a rather wet place; June is when you get the most rain here
while February is generally the driest month. After a long day outdoors Berkshire Inn is a great site to spend a night or two; if you're here you can take a hike along the Taconic Skyline Trail. Drift down the rapids of Green
River in a kayak, and as expected Churchill Brook flows through this neighborhood. During the summertime, highs regularly are in the 70's at Pecks Pond. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to
the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Pecks Pond. If you desire a little side trip, try Pontoosuc School, and Onota Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore.
