     Pearl City Pond is a nice lake to visit. Blandford is a perfect local ski area, and do visit Lithia Springs Reservoir Dam while you're here. While you're here at Pearl City Pond, you could also stop by gorgeous Upper Pond, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Connecticut River. Pearl City Pond gets a great deal of water; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January.
There's
 
   whitewater on Millers River - Lower for all you adrenaline junkies, and do visit Lithia Springs Reservoir, it's a striking lake. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. There's so much to do here at Pearl City Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Rainbow Motel is a pleasant location for that, and close to Pearl City Pond you discover a golf course called Orchards Golf Course Superintendant. That right there is a load already, but  
               it continues; Pearl City Pond has it all. A wonderful panorama of scenic Cold Hill is available from Pearl City Pond, and you should without doubt visit stunning Sandy Beach since you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Hadley is a nice choice, and don't leave Pearl City Pond without first going for a hike along the Spring Trail. Through the days of summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Pearl City Pond. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Pearl City Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Ivory Creek Bed And Breakfast, and good hiking is available along the Link Trail.
Don't forget to take a brilliant little journey to Batchelor Brook. A cool spot to explore close to Pearl City Pond is Titans Piazza, and Pearl City Pond is not far at all from Springfield. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Windy Acres Campground; Taylor Notch is also a magnificent site to discover.
