     Good hiking is available along the White Arrow Trail, and some brilliant nature is available in Orange State Forest. If you came for an overnight stay Lakeridge Campground is a perfect place to camp; do visit Tully Lake, it's a lovely lake. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Packard Pond is great! Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express KEENE, and Ellinwood Country Club Banquet Hall is a golf course close by.
During the warmest time of
 
   the year at Packard Pond highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are regularly in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Packard Pond temperatures sink to the 0's. Packard Pond Dam has splendid water scenery and it's near Packard Pond, and Shir-roy Camping Area is a good local campground. From a rain point of view Packard Pond is a pretty normal place; the month  
               of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is mostly the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. There are some fine whitewater spots on Millers River, and Best Western Sovereign Hotel is a wonderful location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Marlboro Trail, and a gorgeous lake like Tully Pond is a nice site to have a look at. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Packard Pond; Farmers Trail is a wonderful local trail; Packard Pond is a place with many visitors from Keene.
Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Ashuelot River - South Branch; the skiing at Pine Ridge is good. And if you're still looking for more outdoors exciting stuff just keep reading. Visit East Branch Tully River if you're here at Packard Pond; the summit of Little Tully Mountain can be distinguished from Packard Pond.
