If you like lakes and you're in this part of Massachusetts you can check out Otis Reservoir. There's whitewater on Fall River for all you thrill seekers, and dry warm beds await you at Becket Motel. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Otis Reservoir. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Otis Reservoir.

| | Knox Trail Inn is a splendid site to spend a night or two, and Otis Reservoir is a great spot to camp, Cold Spring Campground is a great spot. Just can't get enough of Otis Reservoir. You'll meet a lot of folks from Pittsfield here, and Dismal Bay is in the vicinity and always brilliant to explore. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Farmington River - West Branch, and fine water scenery is available at Otis Reservoir Dam near Otis Reservoir.

This lake is so wonderful. There's fine hiking along the County Road Trail, unsurprisingly you could also visit Benton Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Link Trail. You'll need more
than a day to explore everything Otis Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at J and D Marina. So many exciting things to do at Otis Reservoir, so little time. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Otis Reservoir; Richard Trail is
a great local trail, and at Otis Reservoir you can see Larkum Hill.
What would winter be without some skiing at Otis Ridge; Otis Falls is an inspiring location to take a look at while you're here. All the water falling down from
the sky makes Otis Reservoir a wet place; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is January. This lake is so wonderful. Why not have a look at close by Fall River while you're here at Otis Reservoir, and beautiful scenery and good skiing is what you obtain at Blandford.
