If you're dropping by Onota Lake from Pittsfield, you won't be the only one, and Pontoosuc Lake Country Club is a pleasant golf course nearby. the Taconic Skyline Trail. Catamount has nice slopes and a friendly staff; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Churchill Brook. If you need a place to stay The Yankee Suites Extended Stay is a fine choice, and Bousquet
is a very popular ski area close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. There's fine hiking along the Turner Trail, and obviously, this is a tremendous vicinity for folks who like lakes, West Branch Housatonic River Reservoir is a lake
around here. Dry warm beds await you at Berkshire Inn. Nearby Pontoosuc School is a brilliant site to go if you're at Onota Lake; why not camp at Bonnie Brae Cabins and Campsites if you're here at Onota Lake. Summertime highs
at Onota Lake frequently tend to be in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's while Onota Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's.
