This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at North River Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Moss Hollow Campground is a great location for that, and the scenery at Shelburne Falls Fire District Dam is beautiful. summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for North River Reservoir. Get dripping wet paddling on Green River, and it's a wonderful idea to have a look at Cary
Brook.
This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Mount Olga Trail, and people from Springfield love to come here. If the weather is gorgeous, you acquire a perfect sight of Aunt Sophies Peak from North River Reservoir; great
hiking is available along the Ghost Trail. The dominant characteristic in the region is the Catamount Hills, and a brilliant close by hotel is Greenfield Super 8 Motel.
That right there is plenty already, but it keeps on going;
North River Reservoir has it all. Shelburne Falls Fire District Reservoir is a perfect lake right next door to North River Reservoir; a day at lovely Greenfield Beach near North River Reservoir is a fine thing to do. North River Reservoir
is a rather wet place typically with a great deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is November while February is frequently the driest month.
