A round of golf at nearby Brookline Golf Club is a splendid way to kill some time, and dry warm beds await you at Crowne Plaza Hotel BOSTON - NEWTON. Laundry Brook is near Newton Reservoir and is always a joy to visit; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Charles River. Through the summertime       months highs here at Newton Reservoir get into the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Newton Reservoir drop into the 10's. And if that's not sufficient, there's heaps more to do near Newton Reservoir. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Hammonds Pond Swamp is right close by; Waban Hill Reservoir is a glorious                  lake nearby. Newton Reservoir is a rather wet place commonly with a great deal of rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; August meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit Strongs Pond in the vicinity of Newton Reservoir, and if you're looking for a perfect tour, Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is pretty near. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great planet it would be. If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - Watertown/Cambridge/Boston Area is a tremendous choice, and if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend Magazine Beach. Get your heart pumping on the brilliant whitewater of Concord River, and the skiing at Bradford is wonderful. The view of pretty Bald Pate Hill near Newton Reservoir is magnificent, and camping at Camp Cedar is always a pleasant experience. This lake is so wonderful.
