This lake is so wonderful. Neponset River Reservoir regularly gets a
lot of rainfall; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Get soaked paddling on Cohasset Tidal Rip, and on a pretty day you obtain a tremendous sight of Academy
Hill from Neponset River Reservoir.
Head up to Blue Hills and strap some skis to your feet, and Camp Micah is a great local campground. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Boston is a wonderful place to spend a night or two,
and there are plenty of people from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy here. Why not camp at Camp Cedar while you're here at Neponset River Reservoir, and swing by Pine Tree Brook it's a wonderful site to stop by.
Summertime at Neponset
River Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Neponset River Reservoir drop into the 10's.
