A trip to Grays Beach near Muddy Pond is always a perfect idea; playing golf is lots of fun at Blue Rock Par 3 Golf Course. Here at Muddy Pond there are plenty of folks from Barnstable Town, and dry warm beds await you at Travelodge West Yarmouth. Muddy Pond is a relatively wet place generally with a good deal of rain; through the month of November you get the       most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is July. If you love the outdoors, you'll adore Muddy Pond. Not far from Muddy Pond, you'll discover Little Greenough Pond which is a beautiful lake. There's so much to do here at Muddy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Yarmouth Campgrounds is a fine place for that. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Miller Pond; if you came to camp Bass River Trailer                  Park is a wonderful spot to do that. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to hit the beach, Chapin Memorial Beach is around here; Yarmouth Resort is a nice place to get some rest. Take a look at close by Bass Hole Marshes; hiking is a popular thing to do around Muddy Pond; Great Island Trail is a great local trail. Do have a look at Bass Hole since you're here at Muddy Pond, and naturally Bass Creek flows through this vicinity. So much fun stuff to do here at Muddy Pond, too perfect to be true. The Beach Forest Trail offers hiking at its best. At Muddy Pond throughout the summer months highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Muddy Pond.
