    In Massachusetts there are many beautiful lakes, Mount Tom Reservoir is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Hockanum Meadows is a beautiful place any time of year, and if you came for an overnight stay Windy Acres Campground is a great location to camp. High temperatures at Mount Tom Reservoir through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here  
   at Mount Tom Reservoir. An out of the ordinary thing to explore in the neighborhood of Mount Tom Reservoir is Lower Millpond Dam, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Mount Tom Reservoir; Spring Trail is a tremendous local trail.
So many cool things to do here at Mount Tom Reservoir, too glorious to be true. Really great skiing awaits you at Blandford, and while you're here and you like golf, you can check out Pine Grove Golf Club. The Link Trail offers hiking
 
               at its best, and needless to say Brickyard Brook flows through this vicinity.
If you're looking for a beach in the vicinity of Mount Tom Reservoir, we recommend Sandy Beach; a wonderful lake like Lower Millpond is a glorious place to explore. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Clarion Hotel And Conference Center is a pleasant choice, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Berkshire East. This lake is so wonderful. The summits of the Mount Tom Range add much beauty to the region around Mount Tom Reservoir, and at Mount Tom Reservoir you can distinguish Cedar Knob.
Mount Tom Reservoir generally gets a large amount of rain; all through the month of May you get the most rain around here; January is when it's the driest. If you adore the outdoors, you'll love Mount Tom Reservoir. A glorious nearby hotel is Quality Inn Northampton, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Connecticut River. Lakes are such calm places, why not explore Mountain Park Reservoir in the vicinity of Mount Tom Reservoir, and Rainbow Motel is a brilliant campground nearby.
On a splendid day you can stop by Neds Ditch, a swamp near Mount Tom Reservoir, and Mount Tom Reservoir is not far at all from Springfield. Mount Tom Reservoir is right by the Richard Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Deerfield River offers some great whitewater.

My Mother was born in Easthampton-Wanat house near pond-Williston Ave. I am a former member of citizens restoring Congamond. There used to be a lot of fish - but now only bluegills -Millfoil is one of invasive weeds in pond. Pond over years has a lot of garbage thrown in it-used to swim there- would not dare now especially where beach used to be....
