Take a hike on the Richard Trail, and pop by close by Neds Ditch. You can never get enough of the nice skiing at Blandford; Clarion                  Hotel & Conference Center is a nice place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Tom Reservoir is right by the Link Trail, and Connecticut River is a nice whitewater spot close by. A range like the Mount Tom Range here at Mount Tom Reservoir is always delightful, and after a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites Northampton is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little journey to Lower Millpond Dam while you're here at Mount Tom Reservoir, and Hockanum Meadows is a great place to check out. Much rain falls at Mount Tom Reservoir; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when it's the driest. Why not camp at Windy Acres Campground since you're here at Mount Tom Reservoir, and you'll almost certainly meet some people from Springfield here. That right there is plenty already, but it continues; Mount Tom Reservoir has it all. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Berkshire East; here at Mount Tom Reservoir you can catch a sight of Cedar Knob. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun.
