Morris Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Morris Pond gets a typical amount of rain; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Bear Hill is a peak you can see from Morris Pond; do stop at Briggs Harbor while you're here. So much cool stuff to do at Morris Pond, so little time. looking for a great trip, Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is quite near. What would a spot like Morris Pond be without exciting nearby marks like White Head, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Aaron River.
Whitewater paddling is good on Cohasset Tidal Rip; nothing beats kicking back at Sandy Beach. The Twins is a good place to stop at close by; camping is available at Robins Pond Camp Ground. This spot is peerless, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do next to Morris Pond.
