The annual precipitation here at Mioxes Pond is about average; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; June is the month with the least moisture. Lakes are magnificent; Reedy Pond is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Mioxes Pond, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Cisco Beach. Summer brings highs in the 70's       to Mioxes Pond; the night is a tad chillier of course, generally in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Mioxes Pond are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Roberts House Inn, and Burnt Swamp is a swamp next to Mioxes Pond. Just can't get enough of Mioxes Pond. Swain Hill is a peak you can observe from Mioxes Pond; close by you discover Miacomet Rip which is a good spot                  to go to. The Woods is a forest in close proximity to Mioxes Pond that you can go to, and Miacomet Beach is pretty close by if you're in a beach type of mood.
