Link Trail is great fun, and if you get bored of Mill River Reservoir you could also have a look at nearby Mill River Reservoir. Vistron Dam is a place that is right next door to Mill River Reservoir. Going for a hike along the Richard
Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Connecticut River. The warmest time of the year at Mill River Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime
lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Mill River Reservoir dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Mill River Reservoir sees pretty high levels of precipitation; May is when you get
the most rain here, and January is when it's the driest. Any time is a fine time at Mill River Reservoir if you fancy the outdoors. Get covered with water paddling on Deerfield River; stunning scenery and delightful skiing is what you obtain at Blandford.
