Mill Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Now, you may believe that's lots but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Mill Pond. Sawmill Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out. The annual rain here at Mill Pond is about average; all through November this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Mill Pond you obtain some wonderful water scenery at Mill Pond

| | South Dike, and a perfect close by hotel is Holiday Inn Select BOSTON-WOBURN. While you're here at Mill Pond, you could also check out delightful Tannery Pond, and some of the water nearby flows, like Cummings Brook. This lake is so wonderful. A good vista of wonderful Babylon Hill is available from Mill Pond, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Concord River. of golf at Woburn Country Club. Summertime highs at Mill Pond generally tend to be in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Mill Pond dipping down into
the 0's through winter nights. Beaches are good; and Silver Lake Town Beach right next door to Mill Pond is no exception; Charles River is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a fine time here
at Mill Pond. You'll meet a lot of people from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy here; if you need a place to stay Sierra Suites Woburn is a pleasant choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Mill Pond has to offer, you
can camp at Lorraine Park Campground, and of course, all our national parks are great sites to stop by and Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is no exception. There's so much to do here at Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Cedar is a good place for that, and nice skiing awaits you at Blue Hills.
