This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Milford Pond to make out the water at Cedar Swamp Pond Dam, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Assabet River. Bear Hill can be spotted from Milford Pond, and a quick visit to Godfrey Brook is beyond doubt a wonderful       idea. This lake is so wonderful. Milford Pond is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, Mass Health & Fitness is a brilliant place to camp nearby, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Clear and Branch.
