You'll come across a wonderful lake called Stetson Pond near Memorial Pond, and camping is available at Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort. This lake is so wonderful.       Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not have a look at Diamond Pond in the neighborhood of Memorial Pond; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express SHARON/FOXBORO. A trip to Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is worthwhile, and the nice folks of Boston-Cambridge-Quincy like to hang out nearby. Throughout the summertime months at Memorial Pond temperatures are frequently in the 80's; the nighttime is a little chillier of course, regularly                  in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Memorial Pond sink into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Memorial Pond to see the water at Plimpton Pond Dam, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Sharon is a delightful site to spend a night or two. The high level of rain makes Memorial Pond a reasonably wet location; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month is June. Any time is a delightful time at Memorial Pond if you love the outdoors.
