Hit the beach if you want, Dionis Beach is practically right here, and if you want to visit some interesting stuff, visit Nantucket Cliffs. Maxcy Pond gets a good deal of water; throughout November this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is July. Johns Point is close by and always nice to take a look at, and Campers Haven LTD. is a great local campground.       At Maxcy Pond you can spot Long Hill, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Cliff Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Waqutuquaib Ponds is a nearby lake that you could stop by. Now, you may imagine that's a lot but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Maxcy Pond. If you need a location to stay The Beachside at Nantucket is a good choice; explore nearby Burnt Swamp. Summertime at Maxcy Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and                  the nighttime is a tad colder of course, mostly in the 60's. All through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Maxcy Pond dip into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
