Martha Pond is always a pleasure to visit. All through the summertime here at Martha Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's, and the nighttime is slightly colder of course, generally in the 60's. Highs throughout the wintertime are usually in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Martha Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Sea Mist Resort is a good place to get some rest, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because

It's a cool campground to go to but if you like to stay out late stay away because they come around at like ten and make everyone go bad to their own camp sites and you can't stay at that play ground. And if you don't go back to your campsite when they make their second rounds the rangers chase you on golf carts. Which is pretty fun because you have to out run them. But everything else is pretty chill.... |

I was interested in a rental on Widgeon Pond. I stayed there many years ago and loved it....I have a cottage on Widgeon Pond. Nice, quiet and relaxing pond with reasonable fishing. Swimming is nice but sometimes the water is really high, almost to the extent where there is no beach at all. Some people have small parties or gatherings, but there aren't any loud parties. Very calming place to chill out.... |
