    The beauty of Marshall Pond is reason enough to stop by. Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is a brilliant local destination here at Marshall Pond, and Courtyard By Marriott Worcester is a glorious place to get some rest. So much exciting stuff to do at Marshall Pond, so little time. Skiing at Pine Ridge is one of those things you just should do, also Salisbury Pond Dam is worth going to while you're here. This lake is so wonderful.  
   A wonderful place to camp here at Marshall Pond is Sutton Falls Camping Area, and lots of folks from Worcester come here.
For the duration of the months of summer here at Marshall Pond, high temperatures typically get into the 70's with night lows in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Marshall Pond are in the 0's. Just can't get enough of Marshall Pond. On a beautiful day you can stop
 
               at Point Rok Beach close to Marshall Pond; do take a hike on the Munyan Trail.
Dry warm beds await you at Crowne Plaza Hotel Worcester-Downtown, Ma; Clear and Branch has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. An afternoon playing golf at Green Hill Golf Course Department is always a pleasure, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Wachusett Mountain if you're here. A quick journey to Weasel Brook next to Marshall Pond is a magnificent idea; camping is available at Wood Lot Campground.
Marshall Pond is right by the Ross Trail, needless to say you could also pop by Bell Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. Marshall Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; during May this area sees the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Walkabout Trail, and one of the major marks of the surroundings of Marshall Pond is Belmont Hill.
