For you golfers we recommend nearby Stone-E-Lea Golf Course; there are plenty of people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River here at Manchester Pond. Why not camp at Koa Campground Boston Hub since you're here at Manchester Pond, and a day on the slopes of Blue Hills is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant location to camp here at Manchester Pond is Normandy Farms Family       Camping Resort, and Ides Hill is painless to spot from Manchester Pond. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Charles River, and you'll stumble on a delightful lake called Dodgeville Pond. Summertime highs at Manchester Pond typically tend to be in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Manchester Pond. The high level of rain                  makes Manchester Pond a quite wet spot; the month with most of the rain is November, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Arns Park Motel is a great place to get some rest; don't forget to take a good little journey to Bungay River. But wait, there's more to do near Manchester Pond.
